Low fat diets contain a surprise for the unwary.

If you want to lose weight (say “fat”), then the best thing you can do is to go on a low fat diet. Right? Not necessarily. In fact, reducing your fat intake below certain levels can actually kill your efforts to lose weight. Some fat is not only good but absolutely required in your diet.

Sceptical? I know, it flies in the face of accepted “facts”, but these “facts” are sometimes no more than myths.
