The most essential image you will ever alter in your subconscious mind is the picture you possess of yourself right now.

Start with this picture. Start recreating your subconscious imagery by recreating your current body image. Before starting your imagery , it is important that you become thoroughly relaxed in order to focus your mind.

The emotional states that push you to overeat or eat when you are not hungry are fear, guilt and anger. These emotional states are responsible for despair and low self-regard.

When creating your new self-picture, you must substitute these depressing emotional states for your most powerful emotional state. Love is your most powerful emotional state particularly when directed at your new self-image.

It is vital that you exercise reproducing your fresh active body imagery on a daily basis. It is only through daily exercise that your new body picture will become a permanent part of your subconscious, thus allowing you to replicate this image without a moments consideration.

Regardless of whether your objective is a change in diet for fat loss, an increase in your fitness program or to get control of an eating disorder such as anorexia or bulimia.

The wellbeing of your body is reliant on your mental health and taking control of the subconscious is the key to enduring permanent change of any behavior.
